who else is a good SA at new century? I tried scott and left a message. havent got a call back yet. I called again and still VM. Same thing with Sydney before, all I got was his VM and not a single call back. now he's not even working there anymore.

mine is due NOW! need to find an SA. I want to try new century coz the monrovia one has a bad driveway and they don't give a fk if they scrape going in and out. not sure if new century is the same though.

yea. just found out this morning. I've been trying to reach him for the last 3 months (to get my alarm activated as well) and never heard back from him.

I believe you instruct them not to bring the car upstairs or something. The guys that go to NC can explain better.

Due to spaces and limited working bays....cars that await for services or after it's been serviced and waiting for pick up....NCBMW employees will drive up the steel multi-story parking structure at NCBMW to park it until you arrives.

if you ask them not to wash and park on ground floor....they should be able to accommodate you.....since the driveway to workbays are quite wide....
or they might ask you as an alternative to park outdoor parking (empty lot) that owned by NCBMW....
