so how do I go about this. I don't need them to wash my car. I'll just let them know not to take my car upstairs and just keep it on the ground floor? I'll be waiting for em to finish it anyway.

Pretty much, tell them your car is really low and you don't need a car wash. Please keep it downstairs. Put a sticky note on there.

Yup...everytime I told my CA not to go for car wash..he will write a big ass note on the work order saying "NO WASH!!!!!"....and changed some sort of vehicle tag as well.....
since my car is just stock sports suspension....so i'm ok whereever they park....

^ lol after reading their reviews.. i wouldn't even want to imagine what they do to my car...

wow, and reading about New Century's service department don't make me feel any better either

They scrapped and dented my car!‎‎
By A - Jan 2, 2010
They scrapped and dented the door on my 7 series and denied they were responsible. The service adviser John was rude and unprofessional, he tried to buff it out, but paint damage and the dent is still there! they didn't even try to resolve the issue professionally. They also were unable to fix a warranty problem I had brought my car in for. I had to take it to a different dealership to get that fixed. I'm surprised they've stayed in business for so long. DO NOT go to New Century BMW for service!!‎

and for shelly..

It makes me never wanting to buy a BMW again LOL

I wouldn't worry too much
Not one single dealership is perfect
There's always some shit happens every now and then
And you will always hear some bad reviews no matter what brand you buy.

lol i wouldn't even worry about it if it was 10 reviews with 1 stars. However, I would worry about it if it was 50 reviews with 1 stars. BMW of Beverly Hills have average of 4.5 while Shelly/New Century (I forgot which one) had average of 1.5-2 stars. oh well.. if gus, your turns out good, then i'll follow your route.
