Just moved into Henderson. Anyone know good indy shops around here? Have a steering wheel shimmy at 45-55ish and shuddering during braking at high speeds....showed up during the end of my last track day after a piece of rubber got stuck in the caliper (which I removed) but hasn't gone away.

The meets are good size. Everyone is welcome. Different parking for what you drive. There are almost always a dozen BMW's that show up.

Yeah I went to one a couple weeks back and I'll be going again when I get back in town. It's a good group of guys up there and laid back.

Finally got my jb4 G5, NLS, 2step, DCI installed on my 135i. Wrapped it up last night and took it out for a drive. Very fun, my clutch is going to hate me now. Now it's off to find some e85.

BTW, anyone know a white 135i with exhaust that lives off South Las Vegas Blvd? Wanted to chat with him, but we are always going in opposite directions.

Right on. How are you liking the JB4 compared to your COBB 335? I know its beaten to death but would like to hear from a fellow area owner.

It's hard to compare because the 335xi 6AT is a good 600lbs heavier than the 135i 6MT plus the 1er is stock outside of the DCI. I'm happy with both at the moment. The 135i is such a quick car with just a tune, intake and e85. The cobb PTF e85 map for my 335xi is really powerful as well, but all that weight isn't helping me even with the added bolt ons. Not that I really care either as it's my daily driver and pretty damn quick at that. I decided to put the g5 on my 135i so I can take advantage of the gauge hijack, NLS, and 2step feature since I have a manual with no boost gauge unlike the p3cars one that I have in my 335i.

I'm happy with both, but can't say with certainty which is better as they are in completely different cars. the G5 is by far the smoothest tune i've ever had in a juicebox

I hear you about the added features of the JB4 that simply cant be matched by the COBB. Max cool down mode and auto tuning is great. That is what has me leaning towards the JB4. I need to tune mine as soon as im done with the aero work.

I think that outside of the features the cobb is much smoother with better power delivery than the JB products I've used in the past. With that said the new G5 is narrowing in on that smooth feel with great power delivery so I might be changing my stance after I get some more time in with it.

I know that Cobb can adjust things like timing that piggys cant. Would like to talk more. You gonna be at the meet tonight or are you back in Illinois?
