Anyone has put not adjustable kit (shocks and springs) for his car with OEM Msport suspension?
Has it dropped much comparing to Msport suspension?
Was there a big differance?

I know M sport has approx. -15mm and sport kits -30 - 35mm but these are only numbers?
Maybe someone has any pictures?

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP! More confused than ever. Like a few people on this thread, I don't have a lot of suspension background. Has anyone found a good, daily driver, lowering set up for the E90/335i with factory sport suspension? Want about 1.5" Front, .5"-1" Rear lowering heights. Didn't see a clear answer to those who asked about lowering heights and aftermarket springs, when you already have a factory sport suspension? WHICH SPRINGS OR KITS WILL GIVE YOU THE 1.5"F and 1"R lowering height????? THANKS GUYS.

Hi!

Does anyone has a part number for the OEM sport springs only?
(Front and rear axle please!)

I'm looking to buy them in Europe cause BMW in Greece charges them ~800$ without installation!!!!

Thanks!

Hi all,

I've recently purchased a 320i non-sport & I've fitted a sports pack bodykit. I am now looking at lowering the car & changing the wheels to 18". I want to lower the car by changing the springs apposed to the coliover route due to cost.

From the list above what is recommended as I want to maintain a smooth ride as much as possible as my mod is leaned towards asthetics & a bit on the handling side.

Please make recommendations, I've seen H&R, Koni & Eibach advertised.
Any ideas on M/plan or warranty void due to mod?

Many thanks
Nevashen

H&R Spings

G'Day Guys,

I recently bought a 07/08 e90 coupe with 20inch rims.
When I got the car the rear right side was slightly lower.

Today I put in the H&R springs to lower the cars and the car is lower all around but still a little lower on the rear right. No rubbing though.

Is that the way it is OR something is wrong. The suspension place said that that is how it is.

I would greatly apprecite your thought/advcice,
Cheers,
Sanj

Okay so not sure if this has been answered yet. I've spent lots of time trying to figure out what the difference between the sport suspension and non. At the end of the day, the dealer had no clue. One dealer who does performance installs tried to sell me a dinan which my forum friends here told me to get away from.

So far what I know:
Shocks
Springs
Guide rods (the hook looking things)
Bushings
You will need an alignment ( a bitch with active steering)
Anti roll bars are different too

Really the ZSP is the best money any BMW owner can spend. My car goes back in 2 weeks and I will not get another BMW without zsp, you also get tighter steering ratio: Fat steering wheel, compatible with later swapping to M sport or others, and some bad ass seats that hug you tighter than a gold digger after winning the powerball!

So don't skimp out on suspension alone, thinking I could retrofit....and I DO REGRET IT! too many parts, never did the mod and my car feels like a bus compared to the zsp's I've been test driving.

I have a completely stock 2007 E90 335i with ZSP and RFTs. The car exhibits slight understeer under normal driving conditions and moderate understeer as lateral G's increase.

What are the optimum suspension upgrades to achieve neutral handling to slight oversteer as the car approaches its road holding limit?

Question

Hell Guys another Newbie question,

I just got my 2010 BMW 328i XDrive, and it has everything I think off on it, but my question is how can I tell if it has the sport suspension, I got the sport seats, sport steering wheel, but just wanted to know before I buy upgraded suspension parts such as sway bars and a strut bar.

Thanks Group

If the car came with sport seats/steering wheel then it also came with the sport suspension (all of which is bundled into the Sport Package option).

Did some research...

For E92,

H&R Sport Springs will lower F1.3" / R1.2"

Eibach Pro Kit Springs will lower F1.0" / R0.8"

I´m thinking of getting H&R Sport Cup kit on my e90. Would it look too ghetto and rub?

It depends if he has an e90 or an e92 because an e92 share the same suspension weather it's sport or non sport. But if he has an e90 then yes he probably does have the sport suspension.

Hey everyone,

Bought a CPO 335i with no sport package , love the car but am not crazy about the suspension setup, it's too "floaty". To make matters worse, I bought a SSTT and the suspension is definitely not up to the task of handling the extra forty HP. Any suggestions on what suspension setup I should go with? I'm thinking of doing a sport package retrofit but don't know how much it'll cost and what parts I'll need. I'm also hearing that the BMW performance setup is great. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
