It seems pretty obvious with the banner at the top of the page saying "In order to use the PM system and be a full fledged member of this community, you will have to make 4 post replies and wait 1 hour for your account to be upgraded."

Waited over an hour and this marks post five. We will see.
Edit: I think the posts have to be in the actual X5/X6 forums to count. Universal does not appear to count. Last edited by Bofors; 01-13-2022 at 09:39 PM.. |

...but not as annoying as slimy software/coding pirates, who only use this forum to receive private messages to illegal pirated items and then scatter like a cockroach never to be seen again.....

Non Technical post (like this thread) does not count as one toward the requirement.

Still not enough for me.
If 2012 BMW 1-Series Sporthatch (F20) Discussion does not count, where can I post if I only have a F20 ? I don't want to spam just to have PMs... |

Same answer.
Software/coding/map pirate: https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...5#post28866705 The solution is to visit your regional BMW retailer and (gasp) pay for the stuff you're trying to steal. Seems simple enough to me, and doesn't litter up these forums with your dozen garbage "thanks" posts trying to run your post count up.....
