Water with every meal
4 cups of coffee per day, spread from 6am to 3pm-4pm or so 6-8 0.5L bottles of water per day, throughout the day 2 cups of decaf in the evening I guess that makes about 4.5L-5L of water per day. Each meal is approx 400 calories, I eat 6 times per day. |

Same here, including the sober part. 12 years and a couple of months. I use a filter to get rid of the nasty tastes in tapwater, and a Sodastream to make the water more "entertaining," since my taste buds are evidently very easily bored. I also throw in some tonic syrup now and again, for some extra pucker factor.

Mainly squash made with filtered water.
Smoothie with breakfast, which is a bowl of cereal so milk too. Protein shake mid morning. Then squash all day. Trying to cut out sugary soft drinks, currently one of the mini 150ml cans of Dr Pepper a day, but last year that was 300-500ml of full fat coke. Occasional beer but not as often as i would like.
