I have read several posts about the data logging? How is this done with a piggy back? Do you have to have a laptop hooked up to it while you are out driving around? Or does it have built in storage memory you can download it from?

You have to have a laptop hooked in with the USB cable.

Map 0: Stock bypass. This is the only map you may use a BT cable with.
Map 1: 13psi (suggested for most stock applications. Conservative mapping.)
Map 2: 14.5psi (suggested for bolt on mods with 93 octane. Close to JB3 map 7.)
Map 3: Progressive meth (see guide to enable)
Map 4: Stock map w/ CAN active. Soon to be our economy map.
Map 6: Custom map. Active but be careful with it.
Map 7: 16.5psi. A light weight race map.

The hardware is FINAL but the software/firmware will be worked on for a while with new features, etc.

Map1 is suggested to start but if you have 93 octane you can try map2. You can always shoot us a datalog of a run on map2, but start off with map1.

Thanks Mike. Does this mean that as it is being worked on we can update it with the latest greatest software and firmware? Or should I be holding off on a purchase until the sand settles a bit more?

All updates will be FREE, just get the USB cable so you can update the unit. We've already come a long way as I have been running it for about 4months now so its ready for prime time Definitely no point waiting.

Any map not listed acts like map 1. I think 5 is going to be the autotuning map but it is blocked in the public firmware at the moment.

Waiting for my JB4 and new charge pipe to get here this week. I'm looking forward to running around at 14.5 psi after driving at stock boost.

Mike, my bolt-ons are currently Injen DCI, RSD Charge Pipe with HKS SSQV BOV, Muffler Delete, and always run 93 Octane. Do you think it would be safe for me to run Map 2 at this point when I install the JB4?

Def. Give Map 2 a shot, try running map1 for a few days and some WOT runs, and switch to Map2 and some WOT, then get some datalogging of a 2nd to end of 3rd into 4th WOT log, and send it to Mike or Terry to take a look if its too agressive

First post here, so I hope I'm doing this corectly. I have just recieved my JB4 and was wondering if therre is anything I should know about the install PNP, besides what the video shows? Also, what map should I run with no other mods, and 93 octane? Thanks all!
