Not the best picture as it was taken from my Droid X and it was raining.
Installation took 30mins in the night with the front dome being the hardest part because of the ceiling padding.
As for the lights, they look great and matched the door handle lights extremely well which is what i wanted.

How hard is the install?
Installation is straight forward with no need to remove the dome lighting units (except E93). All our bulbs and modules are a direct plugin to the stock bulb sockets.

What's the difference between a standard dome light and an upgraded dome light?

The new Dome Lights and Map Lights are now standard with our kits. These new designed Dome Lights do not get hot like other companies dome lights so they will not damage your dome light housings. The new design uses high tech chips, resistors and filters to eliminate errors and reduce the overall heat normally produced by Canbus compatible LEDs. The head dissipating design of the unit reduces heat significantly so that the dome lights do not get hot to the touch and do not damage dome light housings like many of the other designs. The patented design uses the latest technology to produce bright light output, eliminate errors and they fad off just like the factory standard bulbs. The new design is error free and a direct fit for the E82 (1 Series Coupe), E90 (3 Series Sedan) and E92 (3 Series Coupe) models.

The new map lights improve light output well beyond our previous model (as well as all of our competitors). It moves all of the LEDs to direct light directly out the map lights unlike the previous version which were blocked by the design of the map light housing. This produces a much brighter output and solves the dim map light issue many have complained about in the past. You spoke and we listened! The new design is error free and also does not get hot light other designs do so they won't damage your map light housing. The new design is error free and a direct fit for the E82 (1 Series Coupe), E90 (3 Series Sedan) and E92 (3 Series Coupe) models as well as many other BMW models.

Love this kit, I've had it for well over a year now and girlfriend has had hers for almost as long, LEDs are still bright and white, have not faded or turned blue over time like the previous kit I had. Everything still working like the day I installed them! I ran into another E92 owner who's cheap LED kit from another vender melted his dome light housing so I recommended this kit for him!
