You're supposed to have the upgraded cooling system to offset the extra heat. There may be others here that have had it done without the upgraded cooling??

First time poster on this forum but have been a long time lurker. I wanted to provide some feedback for anyone considering the TGS remote coding service. Joe remoted into my laptop and uploaded the Alpina B3 TCU flash to my 335xi. I had considered doing this myself following the DIY but am very glad I had Joe do it. The whole process took 30 minutes or less and was quite simple. He did encounter an issue that would have stumped me and he effortlessly remedied the problem. The Alpina flash made a big difference and is well worth it. The piece of mind that it is being done correctly without the guesswork (if you are unfamiliar with the native BMW software) is well worth the cost.

Would really like to use my iphone for data service, on my CIC 2011 335is.

Also could you tell us what the DCT flash will do?

Do you have a Combox installed?

The tranny flash for yourself would lower the launch control RPMs to around 3500.

I just got done with a quick coding session with Joe. He flashed PPK onto my N55 335i Msport. It was easy setting up and getting started. I already had most of the apps on my computer and a KDCAN cable, so I'm sure it was easier than normal. It took roughly 30 minutes, the whole process was super painless. I started the car and gave it a good rev.... I had the biggest grin on my face once I heard that burble, haha. It sounds amazing.

I highly recommend TopGearSolutions. If you're considering having coding done, definitely give him a try. His rates are some, if not the best around.

Thanks again Joe!

just had joe flash my N55 with the ppk. I already had the latest DME software from the dealer (installed approx. 2 months ago) and can confirm the ppk DOES work without any issues.

Joe was a magician via the remote set up and had it all done in about 30mins. car sounds great. would recommend it, and joe, to every N55 owner out there.

next up, digital speedo and fold mirrors with FOB. please pm me a price as id love to have these done!!

Thanks for all your help!

My coding experience from Joe was top notch! I ordered the PPK flash for my N55 335i and it was the best and cheapest mod I've ever purchased and was well worth it; car drives completely different in a good way! Joe did everything remotely through my laptop while I sat in my hot garage. Overall great experience, I would recommend to anyone needing coding services and I will be returning if I need any coding services in the future!

Joe is great!

Another satisfied customer! Had Joe remote in to code out the SOS error that comes on after an head unit swap (Dynavin). Remoted in, downloaded files and done. 30-40 minutes tops. Communication was great and he worked around my schedule. Did it on a weeknight after 7:30pm. Would definitely recommend Joe to anyone needing coding. Wish I would have seen this earlier, been staring at that stupid error forever! Thanks Joe!

Thanks Joe. I just wanted to add to the long list of recommendations for Joe. I am in Australia and Joe did an alpine flash and some other coding. I couldnt recommend him highly enough excellent service and super reasonable rates. If anyone is tossing up about getting a trans flash or coding done, just contact Joe and do it. The alpine flash is fantastic by the way. Thanks heaps again Joe

Transmission Adaptation reset

I recently got in touch with Joe about getting my trans reset as I flashed Alpina, but never reset the transmission. Joe was very quick to respond and we set up a date to have him remote in. I had family issues arise and had to cancel on him. What I appreciate the most is that Joe contacted me several times after checking to see how things were and if I wanted to reschedule. We finally were able to make a day work and have the adaptations reset after he was able to get my INPA working correctly (I cant seem to ever download the correct verisons).

Big shout out to Joe! Car is shifting way, way better. No more delayed shifts! If you ever need any coding done, Joe is the man!

Coding with Joe = Happy Camper

Spent 2 hours having Joe code my 08 E92 Coupe and I'm a happy customer.
Easy to do as I'm a Windows novice (35 years with Apple products) and he walked me thru what I needed to do. Which was not much.
Had a lot of standard coding done, taking out the nanny stuff. Neatest one for me is instant release of key when I stop the motor. Just pull straight out, no 2 motion exercise any more. No more chimes reminding me that the key is in the ignition and you have opened a door! I know ...... Simple pleasures..

Biggest was the GTS DCT load and euro MDM . While I have not tested the euro MDM yet the GTS is a fantastic change.
No more lag in reverse or 1st gear in D or standard. No my wife will want to drive it

Easy process to make your M3 yours !

I recommend those thinking about coding consider Joe at Top Gear .

Another satisfied customer here. Had Joe set me up with the Alpina Trans Flash. He was able to connect with me in the evening at a time that was convenient for me and had me coded and ready to go in about 30 min. I highly recommend using TGS for coding service.

Thanks Jeff & Joe!
