Plus you're dealing with honest people here - it's already been proven when they gave members the option of getting their $$ back when they had a slight glitch in the quality of the E90 bumpers due to mfg. errors

Thanks brotha, Yes if we're selling it we do not want anything less than perfect going to our members therefore if we can stop the problem before it ships it's our duty as a retailer and now a custom maker of European car bumpers.

Not trying to sound like a dick, but I'm still waiting on an answer for the headlight washer covers. I know you guys include the covers in the kit, I'm wondering if the bumper can be bought WITHOUT the headlight CUT OUTS, period. As in, no hole for the headlight washers, so no cover needed. = Cleaner look

Hey Brotha
My apologies, not trying to avoid your question just trying to get to everyone in a timely manner lol. In order to keep the bumper costs reasonable and be produced in a timely manner, all bumpers will come with the headlight washer cutouts (will be provided covers) and marked for PDC but not cut, in case you want to install them.

The reason why we had to go this route is that it is not feaisable to do the cutouts by hand on a mass scale therefore they would have to be done at the molding creation and process level but if you consider all the different possible options:

- with no options
- with washer no pdc
- with pdc no washer
- with pdc and washer

This alone requires 4 different molds for each pre lci and lci body with 8 molds in total. To fully create a workable mold that we can run production off of after fittting etc takes about a month of labor per mold and to create a single mold just for tooling/material etc costs upwards of $10,000-15,000 so in reality it is possible to run and provide all the different possible variations but will take much longer than 2 months and increase the price of the bumper to the customer by a lot more, around $1,500 per bumper.

We wanted to create a more feasible option for our members without having to take out a second mortgage on their house/car just to buy their bumper We hope that everyone understand and can appreciate this. If anyone has any questions, concerns or comments please hit up Taran, Joe or myself.

Could you add the CF lip to my order please.

What happens if we can't get 25 for LCI in a reasonable time? I think it'll be tough finding enough orders since most of the community is pre-lci. Maybe we can just get Sean to order like 15?
