I do not track my car, but in case anybody was wondering about a similar setup, I just installed some 18x9 +31 EC-7s with 255/35 PSSs all around on my E92. I have -2.5 degrees of camber up front and don't have any rubbing issues.

Update
Using square setup Apex 17x9 et30 on 245/40-17 R-S3 for track days. I flip the tires, but will need fresh ones by this fall. Have you noticed a difference on-track going from 245 to 255 square? Will increase front to -2.5 for clearance with the 255s.

I run 9x18 square et23 rear et30 front 265 35 18 all round.. 2.5 camber at front and 1.3 in rear.. no rubbing up front but needed a tiny bit of work in rear.. altho my car has previuos accident damage to rear 1/4 which could have affected clearence.

my old setup. 18x9.5 +35 ARC8's with 265/35/18 RE71R's.
KW Coilovers, swift springs. 7" spring up front with no helper. 10mm spacers front and rear, so effective offset is 25mm. Had I kept the car, I would have moved onto 275s all around. Rear fender inner lips were cut instead of rolled. Front fenders were unmodified.
