What the hell...seriously? Ugh! I have no idea if Jade is worth 1450, especially since I have never seen it.

Just to keep you guys posted, I pulled another vehicle inquiry to monitor status38's ED 335i Coupe. The good news is that the $1,450 was dropped and now shows N/C!

Yeah, good to see that it's fixed.
$1450 for a different color (that's available in the rest of the world) is insane.

DAMMIT, why couldn't they have had this option earlier? I really wanted Jade Grey and was thinking about importing parts from Canada but it just costs way too much. ANYONE WANT TO SWAP FOR SADDLE?

![]() ![]() I balanced the colors so they would look as close to how I saw them as possible. As people have said, Jade Gray is darker than Lemon, but I was surprised at how brown Gray Poplar is. It looks very gray when no light is hitting it, though. |

![]() Likes: - The leather is very supple like all the rest of the Dakota leathers, however it seems like it would be very easy to clean and maintain unlike the leather in my Z3. - Two toned leather is actually two separate tones of leather. I like how there is nice chunk of black leather above the door illumination bar. Most other manufacturers would have stuck a piece of textured plastic there. - Jade Gray adds a sort of elegance, yet the fact that it is two-toned gives a contrast-y race-y feeling to the cabin similar to Coral Red. It really improves the flowing language of the interior. - It goes very well with Gray Poplar, however... Dislikes: - It would go even better with Piano Black. Which isn't offered in the States! ![]() - It isn't Lemon. It is slightly darker in color and has a ever so slight green tinge. I also don't think it is as nice of a shade as Audi's Pearl Silver on the S5, although the Dakota leather on the 3-series is a bit more comfortable to sit in (which can be subjective). It is still very bright in the sunlight, but it appears silver from the outside thanks to the slight tint in the glass of the windows (which looks pretty cool, BTW). I really like it, and I would recommend it to anyone considering an E92. ![]() |

Those pics look great!
![]() Really want to get Jade Grey on my next car (think it would look perfect with Piano Black trim and the anthracite headliner), I just worry how tough it is to keep clean. Worried about the leather becoming stained over time from jeans and stuff.

Great pics AJ, thanks!
![]() The wait to see it in person is killing me! Only 5 more days now! As much as I want the Anthracite headliner, from the pics it seems to match pretty well with the gray headliner. |
