+1 for Mike. 1 of my only 2 mods was ordered from him. More than happy with his customer service because he personally replies to ALL emails himself. No bs, no delay that I've ever experienced.

There are two jb4 boards, a g4 and g5. The G5 came out a few years ago, not sure how he'd get a g4.

Do these boards not contain some sort of a serial number that is printed on them and assigned to each sale?

If not, then this is a lesson leaned to start implementing this sort of tracking and the revenue loss should be considered as a learning expense.

This punk is still around since he posted in the vendor's forum--and he has not replied to any of us. Now he complains about slow USPS. Wow. There should be some kind of -rep system and if you get a certain amount cause for ban.

So OP opened 2 threads one on N54tech and another on here. He stopped contributing to the N54tech thread after Terry called him out and he never said anything here after the response he got from you.

So he decided to open a third thread in the vendor section because we have less traffic there so less people will call him out

Update:

We sent the G5 at no cost. Now the customer is asking to return both items and that we pay the shipping cost again.

He claims that he has the right to return it because forum members have called him a liar and a cheater. I have told him that we will accept any return but he obviously needs to pay for shipping.
If he had asked us to return the product the first time we would have happily done so free of charge. Instead he asked for the G5 and we sent it to him so we cannot pay for shipping it back now.

He said he will file a paypal dispute unless we apologize to him on the forum (although we never called him a liar), ask the admins to remove the ban they placed on his account(i guess same goes for N54tech because he got himself banned from there as well)

He now filed a paypal dispute and we are waiting to see what Paypal decides to do.
