From experience, halogen headlights and depo headlights work on xenon cars, so by transitive property these headlights should work on xenons. You'll get an error for sure though.

If you rated your BMW halogens as 100%, how much light output would you say these MARS lights give? 80%? less? Also, please keep us posted if you do the HIDs... I'm really liking the AEs, but worried about light output of these headlights.

If you're anal about the output, then you should do a projector retrofit. I'm not so anal about it but ever since I did get them I've been looking at other cars light output and it gets me alil mad lol My boy is really busy and our work schedules don't match at the moment so it's hard to get the hid low beams and fogs in. Def gonna update when I do |

DOUBLE POST. but...if i were to get these, I would try to retrofit Mimoto HIDS in them.
I wonder If I could just send them in to Retrofit source.

Yea you should but that shipping would be a hit. I do remember seeing a policy for returns if you send them a picture of the problem or something like that. Def contact them about how your lights are acting up

i had a problem with driver side headlight got moisture in it after a car wash and i send them a message telling them what happened they asked me for pictures i sent them that and they sent me a replacement no problem and i didnt have to return anything. it was my fault tho i didnt realize until after they sent me the other one. the reason i had moisture in my left side is because i left the rubber thing open where the wires come out from because i installed my hid and there was no room for the wires in the same holes.

Thanks guys for pointing up me here. Im doing a couple tuning to my car, but definitely I'm getting those lights. I'm even thinking in buying the tail lights and led strip next to the fog lights.
