Time to get those actuators replaced...tell them you want new turbos as well. I got um with little effort at all. Let me know if you have any problems.

If you have not heard of the noise, than i can tell you that the rattles is quite loud from 1000-2500 rpm. My dealer has replaced the actuators.

I too had this problem, or have I should say. I have a 07 335i 6mt Coupe.Only mod is DCI. Bought it in March2010 as a CPO with 34k miles. I complained of this problem and after a second trip into the dealer, they replaced some parts and one turbo. I am attaching the pic of the RO so you can see verbage and parts they replaced. Trouble is, although it is not as noisey as before, I still here the tick and clackle, like a loose metal fan blade is clanking. especially when first starting out at low rpm. I just assumed thats the way it is with this model but am a little peeved because this is a BMW for Fs sake! These thing should be quite and well built for the money we pay. I love the car but this noise and issue is getting annoying. I am going to take my RO and complaint to a diff dealer and see if they will do the same to the other turbo.

So you have to replace the turbo, and not just the actuator?

I'm having this issue also.......
