Slow down there missy. I may not be a guido but Im 5'9 220 with 11% body fat so Im up there with the big ones. Natural I might add no juice in my body except the occasional orange or mango juice. I graduated from Brandeis University with a double major probably like every other jewish guy from Long Island, with the exception of the ones that went to Albany. There are these 2 twins in my gym...I swear they are like the brothers from that movie "A night at the Roxsbury". Both train really hard....both eat right but if they need a favor from you this is their reponse to everything.
