I've been chasing a boost leak on my Pure Stage 2 car for literally months now, hoping this solves it!

Shoot us an email with your order number so we can confirm which version you have. You may need to purchase a different coupler sized for the ER’s smaller outlet.

I am not pointing fingers but i wish this is made more clear on the product page as i am out a few hundred bucks getting the shop to take out the oem pipe and reinstall the oem pipe... the car is my daily. I cant be without it for too long... i guess i will need to get the correct coupler and install the pipe again afterwards. I will be out close to 500 bucks in labour after all said and done. Sorry to vent but i am just disappointed.

Is there more than one version already? If so, what changes were made?

Just finished installing this outlet with the 7" intercooler. Install was very easy and straightforward.

I was a little worried of the fitment of the pipe to the turbo as it seems to have a fair amount of play. But after getting everything together and taking it for a road test, I'm getting up to 20psi of boost no problem. It seems as though the turbo is able to spool up a bit faster as well thanks to the added diameter of the pipe. The intercooler is awesome as well, IATs are much much better. Only went up 15* during a 1st-5th run, from 105* to 120* where with stock IC I would get up to 155*f+.

One crummy picture :

Glad to hear it! No major changes to the revised unit which won't be available for another few months anyway

Has anyone done any logging with this new pipe? I might have a boost leak and this and the boost solenoid are my next culprits. Is this pipe longer than the OEM pipe without the accordion piece? I have always had fitment issues with this side popping off as the silicone coupler isn't long enough.

We have hundreds of these on the market with no issues related to boost leaks. Please make sure you’re using the oring in the chargepipe, otherwise there could be trouble.

Tiago@VRSF are you going to develop an o ring for the outlet pipe?

I can't seem to find the oring for sale by itself.

Tiago@VRSF Is this pipe longer than the OEM pipe without the accordion piece? I have always had fitment issues with this side popping off as the silicone coupler from the VRSF intercooler isn't long enough. I think the person who I bought the intercooler from cut the silicone couplers a little bit so I am actually short on both sides and I had to put the t-bolt clamps on slightly at an angle to keep them on.

The VRSF outlet pipe does come with a new silicon coupler so you should be good to go!

The pipe is identical in length to the OEM pipe. We include a new coupler along with the pipe.

Did you install from top or bottom ? Does the intercooler have to be removed ?

I installed from underneath and upgraded the intercooler at the same time. I'm not sure you could do it without removing the intercooler, but it's really pretty easy to remove.

So if i have the ETS 7" intercooler, i'd still have a stock outlet pipe, right?

Is install hard?

Does this really make a difference?

I have a FBO JB4 6mt n55 with vrsf chargepipe.

(Sorry, i'm a stupid nube *)

Thanks.

Yes sir, you still have the OEM outlet. This pipe is easy to install and greatly increases flow in the mid to upper RPM range.
