hi..can someone help me out?

I got my package...i notice the m3 spoiler doesn't reach all the way to the end of the trunk line (about 3/4 inch left on each side) and I have to bend the spoiler forward with force in order to make it line up......is this normal???

What about the tapes that are attached....is this all I'll need to install it?

thanks

This is an exact copy of the OEM spoiler. If you have seen the real m3, it is exactly like it.

It is supposed to be shorter by a tiny bit. You line it up by keeping half a centimeter on each end and lining the spoiler up in the middle.

I suggest you use masking tape to mark the spots, first. While applying the spoiler, put the spoiler on the trunk, and slowly peal the 3m tape from underneath so you can align the spoiler and push it down while you peal off the red part off the 3m tape.

thanks for helping me out....
I see how its suppose to be shorter, but when I line it up, I have to bend the spoiler a little bit to a "U" shape in order to line up with the trunk line....I have to bend the edges of the spoiler forward

Is this also normal?

is the E92 one the same size...maybe I got one for e92 instead of e90 ???

Please take a picture and send it over to us at mach@m-forcedesign.com
I will check if it is a e92 spoiler you got. You shouldn't have to move it much, but theres a little bit of alignment needed. Once you park your car under the sun with it attached to your trunk it will mold and hold into that position.

More available. Keep the orders coming! Thanks for all the continual support!

I did some search and it looks like I have the E90 one (is pointier on the edges vs the e92 one)
alot of members did say that they too have to bend theirs a little...so I'm going to check again, but if I have to bend it alot...then I'll let you know

thansk again
