EDITED - issue resolved

I just completed a cargo cover purchase with Zajac1, and things did not goes as smoothly as I would have liked. I received a used item when I expected to receive a new item. He has issued me a partial refund, so I now consider my issue resolved.

On a positive note, he is quick to respond to emails, and the shipping from Poland to the USA took less than a week.
