What is it with all this iNEXT and Vision M Next nonsense.
OK I understand that the EU have said that car manufactures must build eco-friendly cars (a certain % from memory?) but if you have to go down that route, why not build something that actually looks good to look at too!? As a previous member said already, the direction the company is going in is ridiculous. Quitting or staying away from top motorsport series where both Audi and Mercedes have been dominate is a strange decision. WEC/Le Mans were both Audi and Porsche were so dominant; F1 where Mercedes is currently dominating. And then when it comes to the interiors of their current cars, the competition has been way ahead in terms of looks and ergonomics for years. I’m no fan of Audi but they really do have a great interior language as do Mercedes too. So what do I want to see? A truly stunning supercar backed up with a proper engine to rival that of the Mercedes AMG GTR / Audi R8! …all in my opinion of course.

Name it M10 and use the same 4 cylinder engine on a new M1 hot hatch, thus achieving a clear, consistent, almost full M lineup from M1 to M10

Concepts should inspire, and while beauty is in the eye of the beholder, this doesn't inspire me. Quite the contrary, in fact. This looks kinda soulless. Agree with others who said it looks stale. As for the Lambo references, yeah, I can kinda see it, but without any of the sexiness of a Lambo's lines. Oh and the front end looks like a pig's snout.

Watching AMG and Porsche BTFO some bayern boys hurts but man its rekindling the car enthusiast in me. I dont even give a shit AMG is all turbo now they still sound good, and now Porsche is coming out with ANOTHER NA motor. Never did I expect anyone to deturbo, bore and stroke a motor in 2019. BMW is totally a grun shill and clearly virtue signalling that more cylinders is toxic masculinity or some bullshit. A V6 ford GT I can tolerate, but this is just castrating. As if the EU can't pardon a supercar line let alone a motorsport line that make up > .01 of all new cars from their globalist agenda purge. I still appreciate the M2 and have some hope for the G80 (z4 apparently has feel to it as well) but GOT DAMN BMW is trying so hard to assert its self as new world elite, and a membership piece to the foreign exchange student club.

Looks better without the orange, but still looks like they got about halfway through the design process and said "eh, that'll do"

A lot of people have been asking for a M1 comeback and I8 with an M badge I guess you got what you asked for.
Without that horrible orange stripe and with an optional V10 twin turbo or a V12, call it an M10 and this would be a whole different story. A proper car to compete with the R8 and the AMG GT. It does have a lot from the M1, that BMW Turbo concept also had two color tones so it kind of is sticking to its roots and for everyone saying it looks like a huracán remember the M1 was supposed to be produced by BMW and Lamborghini. |

Bodywise, the only traditional BMW elements were the kidney grille (that has no chrome surround like the concept here), the lifted 6 series tail lights and the roundel - the rest of it basically looks like a Lamborghini of the era. Once the M Next morphs into a production car it will probably look fine. |

Ironic name....as some customers may say, "NEXT!" when they see it.
Kudos to the engineering aspect, but I swear most concept vehicles have that GTA or video game look to it

No. No. No! A thousand times no on anything fluorescent. Don't all prey to trends BMW. The car looks like a trainer shoe with the red. The grey is much better and refined.

Its pretty bad ass. But wait, does this mean that the i4 will be a hybrid like this, or that it will be offered in that option?
