So, is this club based on the ridiculous idea that the previous 2 players on your team who might have touched the puck in any way,shape, or form should get a point, that club? Wasn't there a time (maybe before you were born) when you had to actually ASSIST the scoring to get a point?

Hahaha! I remember those days... long since gone. NHL couldn't afford the reality - lots of players not hitting 70 points even nowadays if they enforced it the way it used to be...

Ray Shero had a `mutual agreement` to leave the Devils as GM today. Didn't quit...wasn't fired.

Due to the odd timing, I can only assume there was a disagreement on whether to wholesale the team at the trade deadline?

In other news - there was a post on twatter about Gallant was hired to coach New Jersey Devils.... then it's gone. Hoax apparently.

Seems like he's a good coach, though - he's taken two teams from nowhere and made them good Vegas literally didn't exist, and FLA was (and is again) a perennial dog.

Nah, keep it. We're bottom barrel. I still plan to go see a game at Staples soon. I wanted to see them play the ducks but not sure it'll work out.
