Finally! You're the first Crimson Red/gray interior I've seen on this site since I ordered mine last year. You'll love it.

I'm out of luck. There is a problem with the order (some options are missing). They can't retrofit, the dealership will order a new one.
I should be getting a loaner 5 in the meantime [great from the dealership, but I still would prefer my 3]. It is probably going to take a long time before I get it.

Wooow...that's rough..sorry to hear that...I'd be going crazy if I were you...at least they gave you something good to take your mind off of it in the meantime

Yes, I'm going a bit crazy. After 4 months of waiting already, I'll be waiting at least another two months. Something went wrong between the written order and the actual input into the ordering system. It's the fault of the dealership, and they have admitted it (that's fair; they might have blamed the system instead, or the move to the new model as I had initially ordered a pre-facelift). They have proposed me to get it without the missing options and with a price reduction, but of course I have refused: it's their fault, they have to fix it and give me what I had ordered.

Too bad for them if they lose some money on this, but this way they'll be more careful with the next customers. That wouldn't happen either if we had a way to check and track our orders online in Europe (I think there is something like that in US, but in Europe it's only the dealerships that can access it).
