Apparently I am also waiting for a reasonable quote on new gutters. First quote $7,000. Granted it was 15-20 years ago, but the originals cost around $2,000. I leave the old one's on and replace them down the road when supply chain issues get resolved before I spend 7 grand on gutters.

Yikes. I have 6" gutters with top end gutter guards under contract for $1800 installed. I already had 6" downspouts installed, so they're reusing those. My house isn't huge and has just five runs of gutter, but still...

Yep seems that way. Will call a couple of others, but if necessary will leave these in place and replace later if quotes don't get much better.

- Waiting for an ABS control module to fix my wife's 2020 4Runner. The booster ordered two weeks ago and she's been without her truck since then. I hope to God it's what will fix her truck. She only had the truck back from the body shop for 4 weeks before the brakes flaked out. It was in the body shop for just over 7 weeks, largely because of backordered parts.

- Waiting on the home sale market to cool off so that we don't pay 20% more than we should. We've now been looking to move for 2.5 years now. We've missed out on a number of homes in the past year because we didn't move quick enough. I'm talking 1 day on the market and then under contract. It's a bit of a joke.

- Waiting on used C5 Z06 prices to come back down. I really want one as a fun car, but they're going for 20%+ more than they were 12 months ago. I have the money to pay top dollar, but it's the principal thus I won't do it and overpay like a sucker.

Second quote $2,800 including removing old gutters. While the second quote is for 6” gutters and the first is for 7” gutters, that isn’t the reason for such a big difference in price.

If you were waiting on a new car, your wait may have just gotten longer. A lot longer.

My Pannel ready dish washer stopped working. Repair company told me get a new one bc cost to repair is 75% of a new one. So I ordered a new one. They told me 25 +\-weeks -left small deposit 100 bucks. After waiting several weeks I ordered the parts and those are also weeks away. In a race
to see what shows up first.

Feels like we’re living in a 3rd world country right now.

+1 on the yikes. 7k is an absurd quote for gutters. Most of the times the guys literally make them in their van and aluminum did not go up that much In cost. I just had gutters done along with my siding and it was only about 2k of the cost. I have an average sized split level home

I take Vitamin D, doesn't change the fact that I can't feel my face when I go outside.

I've been waiting for a chair from Gucci since Oct 17

Was supposed to be "4 -8 weeks" which would have been just in time for Christmas. Christmas came and went.

Figured Valentine's Day would be fine since it was a "bonus Christmas present" anyway. Valentine's Day came and went.

The last time I called, they said "check back in March". Maybe it'll be here for St Patrick's day, but I'm not counting on it

You'd think Gucci would have better customer service with some occasional updates, but I'm the one who has to call them since my account always just says "order processing".

I get it's got to be built and shipped from Italy in this weird world, but an occasional update initiated by them would be good
