yeah my e90 with stocks was 4mph high, when i got different wheels with different offsets now its like 1mph high. thats why i love my 9500i with GPS

It reminds me, kinda, of a time when this jackass escalade was swerving in and out of heavy traffic... gets behind me, and I blast my rear fogs and slow down even more. Then, as he tried to pass me, I got fed up and gassed it every opportunity I had to prevent him from getting ahead of me. Then, he gets next to me and tells me to pull over as he flashes his badge (although no sirens/nor strobe lights went off). I barked back telling him to go F*CK himself and laughed at his badge... He said he was "calling for backup," but I laughed at that nonsense as well. He continued to tailgate me, and I continued to bitch back for a few miles. At the end of the day, I have not gotten a ticket nor have I gotten anything of the sort.

In NY, i'm a bit skeptical pulling over for an undercover cop. There has been cases in the past where "posers" pulled women over in their "undercover" crown victorias, and sort of molested them. Ever since then, I keep in mind that any undercover douche is a fake -- and keep in mind that only a fully-marked cop (vehicle) can pull you over. I'm cynical though, and I'd rather fight tickets in court saying that I felt suspicious pulling over for unmarked cars.

Still, being pulled over by a BMW? WTF is that Sh!t?!?!

SE3P, that reminds me when I had my s2000, a dude cut me off very bad, so I got next to him and told him some choice words. Next thing you know the guys starts going crazy in the car, like it was my fault that he cut me off. He started pulling his car real close to me, almost trying to hit me , so i took off. Didnt want to deal with a retard hitting my car, then another car pulls up next to me, the guy claims he is a cop and to pull over, and flashes a badge, in plain clothes in an f150. I told the guy yeah right, go f**k yourself, and took off, guy chased me for a while, but never did anything else.
If there not in uniform im not pulling over. LIke you said Ill deal with it in court if need be.

ya man... a lot of aholes out there. It sucks too because, as much respect as I have for the s2k, and as much as i would've loved to have that over the rx8, i think the size of the s2k draws a lot of negative attention. Yet again, w/ it weighing close to nothing and pushing 240 ponies, there isn't much you can't outrun.

I live in Hialeah which is a small city outside of Miami. Cop here have DT cars ranging from a Kia Sportage, To a Ford F350 lifted with rims however it has out of state plates and the usual Crown Vic and now the Dodge Chargers.
