GT4RS and Spyder RS are available at $50-100K markup if you can find an allocation. No manual tranny available for RS. |

If you need the back seat then I would say go with the M2. 911 are getting way too expensive and I test a base 992 and wasn't all that impressed, but wow the first time I drove the GT4 I knew I had to have it. There's a reason why there is so much hype surrounding Porsche GT cars. Unfortunately the Porsche buying experience is really frustrating where its like you almost have to buy the less desirable models before they let you buy a GT car. The manual transmission is the best I've driven, all the inputs felt so natural and you really feel connected. I know everyone says it's one of the best drivers car, but in this case I found this to actually be true. It's not something I drive everyday, but man it feels special every time I get in it. I wish I could fit my family in it so I can drive it more.
I was also looking at the Emira as well, but I figure I give it a couple iterations and ultimately I'm sure they'll release a more track oriented version either an S or GT. Caymans have a front trunk that makes it way more practical than the Emira. Not that it matters but GT cars do not depreciate as much as BMW M cars. This crazy car market aside which is already starting to crash hard. |

I love both of my Prosche and BMW, none of them are crap, good and bad in their own way. Hope you get yours soon!
