Ok look at it this way you could have bought a G-35 for less than your e90 but you got the E90, yes the V-1 costs more but so did your E90. In short why compromise!

PS: I sold my 2003 G-35 and bought my 2006 330i and also kept my 2001 e46 330i with 110k miles even after all those miles the e46 still drives better than a G35 with 30K miles.

And one more thing I have 2 V-1's one is 10 years old and one is a year old and they both work great.
For $200 I upgraded my 8 years old for the new one, what other company will do that for you.

they stole 800$ from me! my first one got stolen out of my tsx, and i eventually broke down and bought a 2nd when i got the 330i. i figure its my part in helping out a local company

The g35 analogy is a little flawed b/c, though the bel is the cheaper one, it comes in first in most radar comparo tests unlike g35. The e90 does, but i get your point anway. I'm just going by my personal tests too. Ive had the bel for over 3 months now and got a chance to test it on a drive from ny to ohio. It was incredible. I guess it's really just personal preference because at this price level, all of the detectors are probably 95% the same and all will deliver.

All will deliver good performance, that I agree.

None of them deliver the sweet arrows except for V1. thats why V1 wins.
