Eric with manual you really need alot of practice, Even myself coming from 5.0 with manual never perfect my take off. We need to go back to PIR.

How long were you guys out there, once the track was open for racing? I'm just trying to figure out how many runs you got in for the time you were there.

Last year when I did the mid-week drag, I was able to get 7 runs in less than 3 hours.....

The track didn't open until a little after 12pm, and then there were a few breakdowns right away. So it was only a good 4-4.5 hours of racing.

There was a pretty good turnout; I think they said 150+ cars.

The best was the rich old-fart who owned the Shelby GT500 who was bragging about his 10s car. Gets up there and blows the rear-end on the launch.

He was buffing his car in the staging lanes.. I mean seriously - buffing your car to drag race?
