I can personallly vouch for there being a new product being announced in the next few weeks by BB fab. Its a new product and some pretty cool ideas are being tossed around that can allow the flexibility of being fully cattless but still be able to easily pass smog without going through great lengths to replace parts with stock ones. I will let everyone know in about 2 weeks what my analysis is and I'll throw my car back on the dyno jet. Yes I have a baseline, it was taken with only a stett cai. Which by the way, I'm going to be replacing with a new intake system that has not been announced yet. Because of the way our turbos work, they don't pull exactly the same at all times, the STETT cai may in fact be reducing the power it is capable of making and even in some cases losing power. There is a solution coming for that also.

EDIT: The intake solution i'm speaking of is not from BB however, but from BSH, the large metal fabrication company in arizona that makes the only can that is on AR designs level or possibly even slightly above it. You can't go wrong with a dipstick

yup 02 sensor location has been fixed. Not an issue with it being long enough, just welded at the wrong angle causing clearance issues with the other pipe. It since has been fixed

XI fitment? Are these Catted or Catless? Would be nice if both would be offered, it sucks that UR is the only supplier of Catted DP's for the XI's...

Maybe not the right place for this, but does anyone make a full 3 inch turbo back exhaust system w/ or w/o cats?

I'm pretty sure nobody makes a turbo back exhaust. You'll either have to go with AR Design/BB Fabrication/Other downpipes, and then get a downpipes back exhaust like AMS/AE Performance/BMW Performance..

assuming these are custom made, any chance you guys will design headers for the n52? i bet you'd get alot of interest from the 1/3/z guys!

That's really messed up. I think any company that can make a high quality light weight TBE would make a killing. Who wants to mix and match exhaust systems?

It's true. Honestly I thought AMS was going to make downpipes. But I think they just tried AR Designs/BB and were happy. Didn't see a need to make additional downpipes for the N54..

They are not one and the same, to be clear. Not even close.
