There is one meth pump. There is a spliter in the line to run to 2 solenoids and two nozzles. The meth controller controls one solenoid and the procede will control the second.

It staged, meaning the VC25 or what other progressive system based on boost will pump meth to one of the nozzles based on that boxes settings for start PSI and Max PSI. The procede will control the flow of meth to the second nozzle in preparation and during Nitrous delivery.

Shiv mentioned in another thread that with only one meth nozzle there is a lean condition created when Nitrous begins to flow. The second meth nozzle will spray to counter act the lean condition, so the DME does not have to react to it, due to the extra source of meth through the second nozzle. Since nitrous and the second meth source are controlled by the procede, shiv can time it exactly as he needs it.

Just my take on what he said. I'm sure he will clarify.

One meth nozzle is controlled by the Lebonte progressive controller and the the safeinjection module feeds a signal to the Procede on how much meth is being flowed which makes the mapping more aggressive as there is more flow...A second nozzle is used if you want to install nitrous...The second nozzle is feeding from the same pump but has its own solenoid to open and close the valve...This solenoid will be controlled by the Procede and the third solenoid which is used for nitrous is also controlled by the Procede...Shiv is implementing a second nozzle to give nitrous the added fuel to run it safely!

Guys I hate to say this, but running a second methanol nozzle for nitrous needs no tune whatsoever. Remember the Nitrous Express Octane Series Progressive Nitrous Controller give you a high degree of control based on TPS, window switch, A/F cutoff, bottle pressure high or low cutoff, time ramp, time delay, rpm ramp, etc. There is no tune available that will control your bottle heater or allow you to cutoff based on bottle pressure. On top of that, the NX controller I have shows A/F, % of nitrous sprayed, A/F ratios, rpms, shift light, whether you are TPS max, system armed, etc. Finally, it will control the nitrous solenoid AND a methanol solenoid. I am doing some testing, but ultimately I am probably going to run a 375 ml/min methanol nozzle triggered by the Snow controller and a 225 ml/min fired by the nitrous controller.

Nx controller is great but so is the Procede controller. If you using Procede tine no need to spend the extra money on a 300+ because it does what the nx controller does but better

All I am saying is the OP asked if this can be done on a stock car. The NX controller can do everything you need to run the nitrous dry shot with a wet methanol addition.

I think OP is using a Procede tune, but if he isn't then yeah the NX controller would be necessary for sure.

Ahh, I assumed when he said stock car that he had nothing done to the car.

I had NOS in 1995 it was great fun,,,
than I got rear ended fairly hard one day, lucky enough the bottle was okay,
but after that hit took it out, never again. 20 years later 3 car write offs and about 6 other fender benders I am glad I did. (keep in mind none of these were casued by me)
