Fast 2-day shipping, received it on Thursday and finally had the time for installation today.

Overall the whole process was very straight forward. The JB3 install video on Youtube really helped out a lot on getting to the ECU. Took me 1.5 hours start-to-finish and that included a lot of double checking.

The result is very impressive!
It feels like an entirely different car especially in the first two gears.
Now I just need lose the heavy-footing habit and go real easy on the gas pedal
