All this talk of cars bursting into flames and Pintos motivated me to do a once over of my installation. Good thing I did - turns out there was meth leaking from the solenoid.

I checked the fittings and re-positioned it so it wasn't touching anything, but the bottom was wet again this morning. This is without spraying. Took out the solenoid and meth was coming out of the grommet where the wires connect. Not sure how long it's been leaking, I've had the kit installed for just over a month. Checked right after install and there was no leaking.

It's a good idea to check all the connection points once in a while - I know I will once I get my kit back together.

I check my fittings and system every time I drive the car and park it at night...I was worried about it from the first day of install, and I guess it I made it a habit to check it each time out....All I do is a quick 2 minute check before I closed the garage..Check the tank fittings, then open the hood to see if I see any meth or wet spots....Good to do this at least once a week for those that dont check it everyday like I do...SAFE OF MIND
