It will be great if we could get more than 3 ppl to fill in for one item.

5 day forecast @ king5 says 'rain developing," but it still might work, since it's still a few days away.

I know I won't be able to make it to the BBQ to hang out, but I would like to drop by the pre-meet. Johnny, has this been set up? I noticed that it was like at the Eastgate P&R last time.

Yup, I think it means Seattle, WA. I found the address through google, so... Its a liitle bit pass the 7-11, right behind the rail road trail.
