LOL well Astra, if you really do buy and sell cars with that attitude, you must be SERIOUSLY wealthy LOL (and good luck to you! I wish I never had to think about depreciation when buying or putting options on my BM!!)

If any of us really thought about depreciation when we bought our cars then we would all buy base models or not even BM's. Rich or not (and I'm not) we have a passion for driving great cars and the options help us enjoy the experience even more (I love my sunroof and I'll cope with the harsh ride with the great handling and looking 19' rims). Cars are NOT an investment- I wish they were but, in general, they are not.

Bugger..put 95 octane in my 130 by accident the other day (petrol station only had vortex and I didn't know which was which as there was no # on it!)...not so much of a difference as on my 4 cyl but at low revs the engine does stutter more.

You could probably put 85 octane in, if it existed, but it probably wouldn't do your car much good LOL

I want to put Formula 1 fuel in my 130 and see what happens! <BANG!>

I tried to have a Sydney meet, it didn't work out. If you can organize one that would be great

Oh gawd that would be awesome. I'm sure most (if not all of us) on this forum and other car forums out there are enthusiasts.. and it doesn't so much matter WHAT your ride is.. but HOW you ride it and how you RESPECT it.. am I right?
Organising a cruise would be great. I would def have fun chasing the 335's out there (and failing miserably), but hell I'd catch up if not lead on the twisties.. Well it sounds good- lets see if we can get one organised. Same car cruises are fun cos of the 'look at us' aspect, multi-car cruises are fun cos we all know what we're they're for!

the problem with cruises is everyone thinks they are schumaker, and gets cocky... only a matter of time before something happens

True there are some of those schusmackers out there.. but if you're on a cruise- you're obviously driving in a more spirited manner than you are day to day (i hope).. Hence you should also know your limits.
Cruising is NOT about speeding.. it's more about enjoying the handling and having fun just under your limits!
But yes I agree with u astra- the only person that looks stupid after an accident is the schusmacker him/herself!

Haha I'm quite happy with my sp22+0.5. Can't justify the price jump for the equipment.. and more fun to mod!

it's either 91 - crap, 95 - premium, 98 - higher premium, 100 - waste of time
