Let me know what the cf price would be ... and that 250 is non-painted correct?

Fiber Glass is really pretty strong as long as you dont hit anything. I dont care how strong it is, if you hit a parking bump stop or anything else it is going to hair line crack (spider web) the paint at the very least but more probable.... damage the spoiler.
Fiber Glass does not handle rock chips very well either, paint is pretty flexible as long as the surface it is applied to is somewhat flexible like abs, FG does not flex enough when contact is made to reduce risk of chips.

I would rec ABS for sure

*bump for more interest*

I'd like to change my preference from "ABS Preferred" to "ABS" only because minor accidents happen.. the durability of ABS will stand up much better to abuse.

I would think that fiberglass is as least as strong as CF. My CF splitters are OEM, and to tell you the truth, they're not that strong. Some chick that was driving my car hit and parking curb very lightly, and it cracked, and the paint is chipping off. At least fiberglass is repairable, while CF is not.

Fiberglass is very strong, but very brittle. Being where it is mounted, good luck not hitting Anything. And on a cold day it won't just crack, but crack and splinter.

Im down for the abs at 250... That would be a great price for this lip. Even with the abs you can get away without painting it and it would look really nice with all colors.

I dont plan on going as low as my e36 but I still dont want to mess with fiberglass...

Yes my splitters are abs, yes I drive my car this low, Yes I scrape, and yes I go through a pair of splitters every year. But I guarantee fiberglass would crack on the first hit.
