There's no reason to not get updated position report after the canal. The ship just isn't reporting location data publicly. I guarantee you that Wallenius Wilhelmsen knows exactly where FIGARO is.

My theory is that the ship stoppped publicly reporting position data at Puerto Rico for security reasons, i.e., they don't want anyone knowing exactly when the ship is going to arrive the canal where it is really vulnerable to attack. If they start reporting position again this week I will be convinced of it. I would bet money it's a corporate policy.

I still think the canal webcams are trippy...

6 more dayssss....until its at the port. It seems like yesterday I was counting down the days until it got to the canal. Im starting to get reaalllyyy excited. Can't wait to drive it off the lot.

You should be able to tell for sure if your car is on this boat: http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do , then click Auto Cargo, then enter your VIN.

BTW, tell us what you ordered... colors... options... tell us everything!

Maybe is says the 9th because on the 29th is was due to arrive the 8th and leave on the 9th. Now its due to arrive on the 7th and leave on the 8th.

Well Easter is on the 8th. They might unload it on the 7th because the ship is leaving on the 8th, and i dont think they are leaving the cars on the ship. Lets just cross our fingures and hope it gets unloaded on the 7th!

Relax, guys. They are pulling in a day early to offload my 328xi. I talked with my CA and he agreed to pull some strings for me since it has to take the long truck ride to Colorado. So, Figaro will come in on the 7th to offload my car, then head back to sea for a day, then come back on the 8th or 9th, or whenever, to unload the rest of them. So, relax, you guys don't have to worry about getting your cars early or anything...
