Good point, but I hadn't previously given it much thought.
My 535d MS with shadowline has them, but it's white so they don't stand out all that much. TBH, I'd prefer plain handles, but that's because my bling detector is set to ultra sensitive and that's why I found the Jag XF's interior a tad tacky.

I think I agree with you regarding the straight-ahead steering feel - is does seem a trifle vague.

I've had my F11 530d SE touring for 4 months now and overall I'm not really enjoying or loving it. The engine and 8 speed gearbox combo is superb and I do like the looks but the driving experience is disappointing and it's a real nanny state car, beeps at everything you try and do (and refuses to do it half the time). I loved the e92 335d and the E60 before that but this car just isn't for me! I just need to figure out what to replace it with.
