Hi there!

A local BMW CCA instructor also has a Eurobahn Turbo Tuner on his 335i and
I know that instructors drive really hard when they get some track time.

Shawn Church runs the shop. He is a tuner, mostly of Hondas it seems but his Dynos are new and his shop is real big and clean and at sea level plus the cool ocean breeze makes it a nice place to get you car Dyno'd. I had an exhaust mod and 93.5 Octane at the time of my Dyno and did 3 runs without then 3 runs with the TT

But just because someone starts a thread about the TT it doesn't mean that SHIV's army has to invade and ask his opinion and so forth... obviously he is going to be pro PROcede..... pun intended......

Here you go...

I bought it around two weeks ago so he should have others available. That was a great seller BTW, I got the code reader in two days.

Besides arguing what's better TT or PROcede, did anyone who actually has TT chip installed ever had any problems at dealership service department. Were they actually ever able to trace that you had TT installed after you remove it before bringing your car for service? I want to order TT, but my main concern is if I bring the car for service and of course remove TT before it, will they be able to tell that I had some chip installed? I saw a TT chip selling on ebay, and the seller claims that it's totally undetectable by dealership, yet I've read some threads here telling that the only known non-traceable upgrade is PROcede. So, I would be very interested in actual TT owners' input on this.

Thank you.

Neither is known to be untraceable, but we suspect they are. The TT and PROCede do the same thing so either both or none are untraceable.

Terry,

Do you think a BMW is the same as a Kia as well?

You mean they both make your car go faster?

I think of it more like a sport/prem package vs. the base package. Most BMW owners are the sport/prem package types and go for the PROCede map clamp because they want the most options. A few of us went for the base package and are happy with a more basic (and almost equally effective) Turbo Tuner map clamp.

I mean they both alter the same map signal to increase boost, both rely on the factory closed loop fuel system for the bulk of additional fuel, and both have a mechanism to pull a few degrees of timing when needed.

I really think you have a disorder. Seriously. I'm not trying to be mean. But you are absolutely wrong in almost every single thing you say. And it doesn't help trying to correct you anymore because you seem to forget everything within 24hrs.

Heh you keep posting how wrong I am but never seem to find the time to post supporting detail.

Here is my post:

"I mean they both alter the same map signal to increase boost, both rely on the factory closed loop fuel system for the bulk of additional fuel, and both have a mechanism to pull a few degrees of timing when needed."

Where is the flaw?

Regardless of whatever you all say I have installed the turbo tuner and I have to say its phenominal.I just wanted to get opinions from people who actually have it.I dont care about which is better.I hope its reliable and so far the drivability is much better. If the TT makes the car this fast I can only imagine the proceed.599.00 and a ten minute install and my car is now a monster. You guys can argue all you want.I have a permanent smile when I drive my car now and thats all that matters.

Love mine. Oil temp remains constant but I haven't opened her up yet on the Autobahn. Will do this weekend.
