I kinda like it. If I had an iPhone I might get it, even though it doesn't have all the harness features/integration I would like. I like any "screen" in the car to be up as close to the base of the window in my line of sight as possible.
As it is, I have a blackberry and an ipad, and it wouldn't work for either. It looks way better than my hack-ed solution for the blackberry and ipad that I have now: http://www.clingo.com/car-mounts/universal-vent-mount stock photo: |

Hey Taibanl!! I ordered the station too, hopefully will get in a week or so. Thanks for arranging this! Can't wait.
Can you keep the iphone in a bumper case and still use the station? I'm looking foward to your review. How hard was it to self install? |

wicked im going to order...i got the app, but since no Canadian maps available for Nav, it will be useless. Siri is very efficent, we will be able to send txt messages via voice, how cool.... euroActive quoted me 339 US for shipping to Canada, does this seem right? do we only have two people that ordered so far?

Wow that looks great! Can't wait for the review, then I might just consider sending payment and doing the work.
You should do a simplified DIY. |

NO (and maybe).
No - the station HAS ITS OWN BLUETOOTH that enables you to make speakerphone calls, mic on the cradle, audio through the speakers, similar to the Assist BT. The quality of the mic is quite good, the quality of the audio out is ok, it seems to be limited by the bandwidth of the bluetooth. Overall it works very well but could sound "nicer" coming from the speakers. Maybe - the station is supposed to be coded for a SA640 retrofit. As I haven't done this quite yet, I'm not sure exactly what this adds. Supposedly something to auto-switch to AUX when the phone is in the cradle, and perhaps something to do that again if you have an incoming call. I am not sure. |

Does anyone know if this station also support Ipod Touch 4?
I have used IPT4 with Aux+charger for my E84 X1 now. I am interested with this station for the prefect integration interior. Thanks! |

I believe it might fit in the dock intended for iPhone 3Gs best. |
