Don't go to an ER or hospital. Go to an urgent care center. It'll be at least half the bill and by your posting on here, I don't think your situation's really that life-or-death.
An ER visit will at least be $2k and that's negotiated (invoice will be $4k). Save some cash or wait it out. I've had ground beef that wasn't thoroughly cooked with similar symptoms. If it's viral, it'll pass. Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional. Don't die on my advice lulz...

Doc said i got Ecoli, he prescribed Ciprofloxacin so somebody was right...i didn't even eat any vegetables that night...aren't they usually found on bad veggies? unless the green pepper in the pepper steak dish did it...anyways i am hoping today will be the last day of sharting...i got a doctor note that i can return to work on thursday

What restaurant is this? I am in the DC metro/ NoVa area often and would like to avoid this place like the plague.

so i weighed myself at the office scale, i just lost 10 lbs....not 15 like i thought...but i am now pale as shit, i look like a sick Asian with some liver disease, not the short dark and handsome version of my former self...when i get better im gonna run a fucking a marathon and enjoy what it's like to be free and not confined to a toilet.
