We have been talking through the PM's and you decided there really is no benefit for you doing it. Seems like everybody who said they would have either backed out or got worried about warranty issues. To tell you all the truth the people that are commenting on this thread want to modify their cars so let's get this done!

Well I am not in the northwest but there is a shop just north me in PA that is willing to give it a go. If someone elses is paying I have no problem throwing my car under the knife. . The only cost involved I believe to be the IC itself as I think the shop is willing to take care of most if not all labor.

Is that what you got form my PM. Just re read it and yeah I can see how you would get that. But like I said the Rep told me 2 weeks with no mention of a loaner. So who can do that?

Additionally the rep himself said he was unsure there would be any gains. I didn't even get a well if things go well and we create a viable product we will sell it to you for x% of retail value.

So yea I guess I am a lil concerned. I thought I explained that pretty well.

I was all ready to roll once my car got there, but I can't live without my/a car for 2 weeks (family to provide for). You are asking me for a 50K car and not really giving me any details or incentive other than its good for the community. Really? That is awesome and I'd love to help out but who goes to the table drops 50k and doesn't think whats in it for me.

I mean I'm game and all but put it into prospective before you basically insinuate that I'm wasting your time.

I haven't backed off at all. It takes a good 2-3 days away from me, and I need to be able to coordinate that between work and home. I'm still in for this, just need to set the time aside in my schedule.
