Huh? I'm referring to the recent string of widely popularized cases of people getting arrested for videotaping police. I'm surprised I have to explicitly cliarify this in a car forum, where everybody was closely following these cases (apparently not).

The reference to China is not immediately clear to me. In the Free World it is perfectly legal to videotape police. It is USA that restricts it.
