Mongrel Alert!!
With all these pedigree dogs, the balance needs redressing . . . .
Here is Arnie, our Labrador/Collie Cross. A second-hand (rescue) dog, been my best pal and part of the family for the past 13 years. We think he's around 15 now. Old, grey, going deaf, eyesight failing. Dogs are like thier owners! Happy to be able to take these pictures today. We thought we'd lost him last week - even to the extent that I dug a grave in the garden for him. The Vet didn't think he'd walk out, but he rallied round and confounded us all, thankfully. There may be more problems ahead - can't tell if the mass on his liver is just inflammation or a growth. He seems back to "normal" so we're hoping. A smile or "Don't mess with my car"??? Mike |
