King of Prussia, PA Meet - The Tilted Kilt
Calendar: USA - NY / NJ / CT / PA
CJ421
Brigadier General

The meet is at the Tilted Kilt in King of Prussia, PA
http://www.tiltedkilt.com/locations/kingofprussia/
Name speaks for itself.

The meet starts at 7:30pm.

We've had excellent turnouts at these KOP meets in the past! (FYI: this meet is spawned from our usual KOP meet thread: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...677346&page=38)

There's a parking garage across the street from the restaurant, we'll park there and then walk over. We park in the lower level of the parking garage.

PM me for my cell # if you have trouble finding us.

A participant suggested bringing a sheet of paper with your screen name and putting it on your dash. I think this is a good idea
RSVP'd Yes: 15 RSVP'd Maybe: 11 RSVP'd No: 2

A stupid idea: Should everyone (if possible) put up a printout on the dash or front screen showing your forum id and name?

You can, though I've not seen that done before at a meet. There's a first time for everything - go for it if you like, but I doubt most of us will follow suit.

That's actually a good idea. But it's a little late and the OP would have to list it in his original post.

I put a note in the post, doubtful many will see it but I'll have a sheet in my car plus some extras for others.

Hey Guys,

Try to make sure you bring CASH with you. That will make life a lot easier when it comes to pay the bill at Tilted Kilt. $1, $5 and $10 would be great if you have them. Everyone always has either a $20 or a card which sucks for both us and the waitress/restrauant.

Thanks!

We've never had so many cars turn up before. I've been doing these KoP meets since 2009 (and back then they were at hooters - oh how things have improved!)

It was great seeing everyone and meeting so many new people. It's not uncommon for us to have like 5 or 6 cars show up. Last night was.....

First time attending! I couldn't stay for drinks post, but a great event. There were at least 30 cars. Real nice mix of cars(X5, M3's, 328's, 335's and a few 1 Series 128's, 135's and 1 series M). Everybody was real friendly. Got to meet the guys from Helix in Philly(looking forward to coming down). Looking forward to the next meet hopefully in warmer weather.

Sorry I missed it guys! Always a great time. 30 cars is definitely a new record.
I was at VIR. The Oak Tree doesn't look the same without any leaves on it. Great time. I bit weird getting into the F2000 cars. Shifter mechanism was a real bitch at the start. The end of the day everything came together nicely. This Monday-Tuesday I'll be back for the 2-day Competition School to get my race license.

Looking good Rob! I need to make it down to VIR ... it looks like a great track from my view on the SPEED channel.

---

That was a phenomenal turnout, what a great group and some awesome cars. I didn't even bother to count because there were so many. A mini Bimmerfest!!

Good times. Sorry I didn't make it to the Kilt: home duties called. That was the best turn-out I've ever seen

The car drives beautifully ... we'll have to meet up for lunch or something, take it for a spin.

Smooth as can be on the street.
