E90ice & pglogan, why does it matter when you get it? You'll get it when you get it. He's right about the support, this product does an amazing job but for allot of the guys out there it's not easy to install so 30 units per week is plenty.

Please calm down; this was all about timing, whether it was done exactly at 12PM PST or before by accident (and a few ppl found out about it here on E90Post.com before Shiv could cut the link for a couple hours)...even if you had ordered at 12:00PM PST just like 100 other ppl, you still may not have been guaranteed that your order would be included in the first batch.

I appreciate the support you've given me in some of my recent threads and I enjoyed many of your intelligent posts, but your hostility here is unwarranted. I know you're a bit frustrated, but don't worry...you'll get your PROcede v2.0 upgrade soon enough and you'll be more than satisfied with it.

Trust me...you'll be A LOT more pissed at YOURSELF if you don't order PROcede v2.0!!!

This was miscommunication on my part with Shiv. I accidentally posted the link before the 12o'clock announcment and now it has been removed. If we wanted to favor other customers we wouldn't have made it public...

Who I will be favoring when sorting through all the orders will be those who ordered the PROcede first. In no way are we trying to treat you like a "retard".

So someone not from Vishnu finds the order URL for the harness and posts it unofficially and this in turn is a Vishnu customer service issue? I believe this was out of their control and they did take the appropriate steps take down the URL once they saw people placing orders prior to the offcial release.

No...Shiv had the v2.0 Web page up and all ready on their server, but he never posted the official link to that specific ov2.0 order page. Somehow, someone else found the exact page (that was up on their server) and posted the link here on E90Post.com. The page worked when you ordered, but Shiv and the folks at Vishnu never expected any orders to come through until 12PM PST.

Even if the link did go live right at 12 noon there would be 100+ people trying to simultaneously order it, if you were one of the first 30-50 it would be by sheer luck.
