Not to rain on your parade but I doubt that will happen. One of these diffs is almost the maximum weight of any of the standard shipping carriers. It is HEAVY. Maybe Mfactory can chime in on this....

Yep. Plus our horrible Canadian dollar isn't helping either.

It just hit a 6 year low.

Just wanted to update this....Mfactory diff has been in for a couple weeks now and I couldn't be happier. Car hooks much better all over. And with the torque of these cars you really need to be careful with the traction control off No noises whatsoever.

I highly recommend this diff, especially at the price compared with the competition. Thanks Stephen and Mfactory!

If anyone is interested I have a stock low mileage diff available for sale if someone wants to do a swap without any downtime. PM me for info.

Thanks for the update.

Does DSC operate by sensing differential rotation between the rear tires and then apply brake/cut fuel? Or are the rears referenced to the front tires? If they are referenced to the rear, does this LSD (or any LSD) reduce this differential rotation across the rear axle(s) to the point that DSC senses nothing and does not come on at all, even when active? Short question is can you reap any benefits of the LSD with the traction control on?

Come on September...

I think you might be overthinking this a little. The dsc most likely compares transmission output or rear wheel speed with the front wheels. So when either of the rear wheels spins faster than it should depending on these inputs the power cut is applied. This applies to any diff, lsd or not.

The lsd obviously increases grip by turning both wheels but when slippage is sensed the dsc still kicks in and does its thing. But the slippage now comes in later in most instances because of the increased grip. So you still have the benefit of the lsd and still have the benefit of the dsc. Hope that makes sense for you....

Thanks. I snooped around online a bit and learned that DSC (detection and response) involve a lot more systems than I realized. Yaw sensor caught me off-guard for sure.
