Are you ready?? I couldn't wash my car because of decals they started peeling. Lol.

I'm not very happy on the quality of some of the graphics. I've moved some around (you can do that) and already thrown at least one away. I know Saturday evening they're coming off.... if I even make it that long. The windshield banner made it til about 830 this evening.

USPS crushed my decals. They were creased every two inches, and I mean BAD, it looked like they put them in a press with a few hundred pounds of pressure.

I put them in the sun and the creases softened up a bit, but still very noticeable. I went to my last resort and put the decals on wet, so I could squeegee out the creases. Looks good so far, but the truth will come out tomorrow when I put on all of our sponsor decals, and hit the road.

So.....what happened with the planned lunch and raffle? Once we got to the resort, nobody knew what's going on.
Very poorly organized.

^I though we would have had all the cars parked together but I guess there were just too many BMW's

My wife and I came down with the Weston caravan and once we got to the hotel, we checked inn and went down to the bar/restaurant on the beach around 1:50pm. We had planned to head to the tropiks restaurant for the raffle around 2:30pm, but we saw people trickle to the beach side so we just chilled by at that bar. My wife and I checked around 2:30, and 3pm at the tropiks restaurant, but we did not see a large party so we just did out own thing.

Same here. It was people scattered all over the place. Still had fun.

The hotel dropped the ball big time, the parking wasn't blocked like planned and discussed, also the decals were no where near how they were supposed to be. Mine came destroyed, even the German flag had incorrect color scheme in a messed up order. The raffle couldn't even be held because of the mess of the hotel.

Wont happen again. trust me a redemption meet is in the works with an itinerary and activity breakdown. Ill post it here once I hear word from the organizers.

A second that. I feel sorry for some people who went and didn't hang with anyone because they didn't know anyone and everyone was all over the place. Me included. The decal quality was poorly shipped and yes the german flag colors were wrong. An itinerary and shirts should be made for everyone for the next one. I will supply a couple of corporate sponsors. I'll contact Martin and jimmy.

I do events as well. Mostly talent. Zhantra.com. I had a box of around 200 full color calendars of sexy girls from my company. I brought them back. They were for give aways. But never got the chance.

Damn, that really sucks. The hotel dropped the ball huge at the beginning and it totally left things a mess. Coordinating group events after that was really difficult and everyone seem to just do their own thing.
