Easy, well since buying the Fabia for daily use and the weather she has pretty much sat in the garage keeping warm and dry lol.

Gave the headlights in to be redone by Simon@KYCS, but other than that nah nothing of late.

Difference is now is as I don't drive her as much when I do it's a nice occasion and so don't feel the need to do anything more to her. Plus putting the modding money towards a nice holiday instead LOL.

Sounds good. Did you ever get that diff lock fitted?

Since selling mine i've had a Mercedes GL350 and now a C63. But still don't have the satisfaction of driving it like i did with my e92. So now looking to buy an E90 335D! Dont get me wrong the C63 is an amazing car that sounds like thunder, but its not as nimble as the E92 around corners and thats what i miss the most.

Yeah I fitted the lock quite sometime ago. Not sure it actually really did anything but then with all the other mods it's difficult to tell.

Couple of nice motors you've been running. I do keep looking at C63's but as you say I just feel they aren't really a drivers car. Great sound no doubt about it but ...

Been prompted to get into gear lol.

I haven’t really been modding of late as the little Fabia is being used daily and the 3er stays tucked up most of the time lol.

However there are a couple of updates.

First off was one of the AE rings had slightly come away from its bracket so Simon@KYCS kindly upgraded the demons I had from white to red and code in an FRM3 I had sat in the garage for over a year lol.

So front end now looks like:


The demon is activated from the fog light switch which I hijacked.
And with the FRM3 it means the AE’s and demons come on when unlocking the car.

Second was the purchase of these bad boys:






Have toyed with the idea is swapping the M3 Seats for something a little different for a while and then agreed a good deal on the M4 interior.

Got to look at what’s required to get them working though.

Yeah I've got to start working out the wiring side.

Yup I remember Dan had them fitted as I nearly did a deal on his back in the day LOL. But yeah trying to get hold of him of any info isn't easy. He's obviously moved on with his business as it's grown.

Yes the C63 had a great sound but not a drivers car.

I actually bought an X5 LCI 40d M Sport last week. The drive and ride is quite impressive for a car that weighs a lot and is on 20" RFT tyres.
