im debating either painting the whole hood, or leaving the front edge of the dome with a cf faded strip?

Not sure how fading would look on a black car (of if you'd notice it).

Exposed dome perhaps?

I thought about it...but when you look @ the dome in person, its rather a large surface of the hood...would seem like someone forgot to paint a part of it I think

you gotta paint the top of the dome but leave a strip around the edge of it like 1-2" thick exposed and blended.
