yep. I've been to Monrovia before and they weren't bad at all. Just wanted to try New Century this time coz I dread the driveway at Monrovia and I did see them kinda scrape my lip when they took my car out but it was minor and I was on Eibachs back then.

dude you need to go to NC BMW when my sa saw my car he said the following:

"dude you cars so low!"
"dude is that a 1 series?"
"oh man dude this is the cleanest 1 series ive ever seen"
"dude we wont wash it or drive it up the ramp"

I didnt even have the chance to say hi or even talk first... lip is safe, wheels are curbrash free, and paint is stratch free.

I've been to new century...for alarm activation, nothing else, all was good.

I've been to Monrovia while my previous SA was still there, Oscar....
He always had BMW loaners for me, fully loaded e92 335's, 5 series, even offered me an X5. I went there for warranty work and basic service. Everything was taken care of and even when i asked my car's software not to be updated, he even printed out a full computer report of everything the technician did when it was hooked up to prove it wasn't reporgrammed.

On the other hand, friends i've recommended to go there, have had wheels curbed. I mean Monrovia manned up and admitted fault andfooted the bill for the wheel repair and had it back to new.

I've been to Sterling for service, mainly because a friend of mine is a tech there and well, that was just nice and personal. He texted me as he was working on my car to let me know exactly what he was doing...this was also service and warranty issues. Loaners with Fastrak transponders free of charge: you're able to use toll roads as much as you like...very nice touch.

I've been to shelly to have my brakes done...no loaner there, but i just walked in...Kayla took me right away w/ no appt. Didn't need the loaner since a friend was down the street and we decided to go to lunch. Car was done in and hour and a half.

Based on my personal experiences, I've had great experiences w/ all these dealers. Although Savage is the closest dealership to me, lol I avoid them like the plague

Basically, pick an SA... ANY SA (esé)...establish rapport...continue that relationship and you are golden.

Using Person A's "esé" will build A's rep more than help you out.

Best to start fresh. It's all about the relationship with the "esé" more than the dealership.

LoL yeah did a drive by...saw the massive crowd outside. But our car as literally on empty....lol like 8 miles on the range, wife was craving shaved ice, she likes the one at guppy, but hates the to go cup they put it in...so we went over to nogales, picked up shaved ice, got gas, and headed home.

Besides kid was knocked out already.
