I ate the caldo my wife made so fast last night, there wasn't time.
MAYBE tonight I'll get a pic. Crockpot full of meats, then added zukes and carrots from the garden, taters from a bag. Pour over the top of a bowl with spanish rice and salsa, indulge.

Better half found this in the freezer. Since it does not look like my butt chicken, its more than likely from Costco.
BBQ Chicken, Dipping Sauce and a side of Mayonnaised Coleslaw. |

Not quite dinner yet but I experimented with tofu...for the last time. Personally, I just can't get past the texture. At least I tried and now I have an informed opinion.
Following recipes from the net, I tried the following after deep frying. Pictures also from the internet as my small portions went in the garbage. 1. Sesame garlic tofu. 2. Bell pepper stir fry. |

We went to The Paddock tonight for my Birthday meal. It was awesome. I had the crab cake portabella and the main trifecta. My wife had the crab cakes.
